How we got here

Q1 2023
The idea
Jamie and Sam meet while managing competing gaming guilds. Frustrated by spreadsheets and Discord DMs, they sketch out what a proper application management platform should look like.
Q3 2023
First beta
Guildbase launches in closed beta with 50 hand-picked communities. Aisha joins to lead design, and the team processes their first 10,000 applications.
Q1 2024
Public launch
Guildbase opens to the public. 500 communities sign up in the first month. Tyler joins to lead growth and the affiliate program launches.
Q4 2024
Pro tier & 1M milestone
Guildbase Pro launches with advanced analytics, custom branding, and API access. The platform processes its 1 millionth application.
2025–Present
Scaling globally
