Is the free plan really free forever?
Yes! The Free plan has no time limits or hidden costs. You get 50 applications per month, 3 templates, and 5 team members at absolutely no charge. Upgrade only when your community needs more.
Can I switch plans at any time?
Absolutely. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your plan at any time. If you downgrade, you'll retain Pro features until the end of your billing period.
What happens if I exceed my application limit?
We'll notify you when you approach your limit. New applications will be paused (not lost) until you upgrade or your monthly limit resets. You won't lose any data.
Do you offer refunds?
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans. If you're not satisfied, contact our support team within 7 days of your first charge for a full refund.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and PayPal. For Enterprise plans, we can also arrange invoice-based billing.
